Born and raised in Oak Harbor, WA into a Navy family, Wes grew up with an enjoyment for playing sports and the competitive spirit. Globetrotting and a professional road cycling contract eventually brought him to Colorado to finish his education and simultaneously start his career in the real estate industry. With multiple degrees from the University of Colorado–Denver and Metropolitan State University (and after deciding 8 years of undergraduate education was enough) Wes started a real estate team. The Hartland Group is now making the annual Real Trends top producers list. Wes joined the Showingly team in 2022 and brings a passion to empower all players in the real estate industry — agents, brokers, and consumers alike.

Eric Smeltzer

Eric started his career as a field engineer in the oil fields and worked his way up to become a project manager at a large scale construction company. He has over 10 years of operations experience from smaller teams to large complex projects. Eric graduated from Kansas State with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. When not at work, Eric can be found chasing his two boys or on a trail, and is the self-proclaimed office Connect 4 champ.
